From decadent desserts, local specialties, hearty dishes and easy-to-make recipes, you will find something here that you love.

With Niseko-In-House Dining, you will learn how to make super tasty and irresistible dishes, and be inspired to create more of them at home.  You don’t need to go anywhere, we will come to your property and hold the cooking class there. So let’s get started.

-DUMPLINGS : Japanese Gyoza / Mochi Mochi Gyoza / Wasabi Potato Dumplings / Dumpling Sauce

-NO BAKE DESSERTS : Macha Chia Pudding with Berry Crunch / Creamy Tofu and Pear Sorbet / Chocolate & Yuzu Bliss Domes / Pumpkin Mousse with Nuts Crumble
-HANDMADE SOBA MAKING : You will learn how to make the famous Japanese soul food, Soba Noodles, by hand. We will also teach you two delicious dips to eat the soba with. 

-PICKLES PARTY : Daikon Tsukemono / Shiozuke Pickles (Salt Pickling) / Misozuke Pickles (Miso based) / Carrots & Ginger Pickles / Citron Confits (Lemon Confits)

- POWER GENKI BALLS - Easy to make and yumy-licious energy balls: Peanut Butter Choco / Dates Almond Goji / Coconut Sweet Carrot / Cocoa Oats Orange

We provide the ingredients and specific equipment.

We use organic products and locally-sourced ingredients as much as possible. A 10% Japanese Tax will be added to the price.
