licensed chef Takahiro Maki will introduce you to the many ways the Japanese delicacy Fugu is prepared over a multi-course dinner that is sure to delight
and impress you and your guests. With over 20 years of experience,
Chef Maki will share with you his culinary expertise and treat you to a satisfying and memorable dinner.

Course 1
Amuse-Bouche -Delicately steamed Fugu, mizuna and chrysanthemum flowers in lime gelée

Course 2
Fugusashi -Sashimi of Usuzukuri, extra thin slices of Fugu served with an exquisite Ponzu dipping sauce

Course 3
Fugu Nabe -Hot pot featuring Fugu filet and Hokkaido winter vegetables 

Course 4
Karaage -Deep-fried Fugu, delicately seasoned to preserve the natural flavor of the fish, tender inside with a crispy surface

Course 5
Fugu Zosui -Rice porridge using the soup from the Fugu Nabe which is full of umami. To the Japanese, this is an indispensable and heartwarming dish to enjoy all of the ingredients in the course
