On cold winter nights, Japanese people gather around the table to share nabe (hot pot), and to enjoy seasonal ingredients that warm the body and soul.
Our host and service staff will be at your accommodation from beginning to end, describing the cultural aspects of nabe dining and how to enjoy it, so that you can have a memorable evening.

Beef and Pork Shabu Shabu    - 12,500JPY pp Kids (10yrs and under) 3,500 JPY pp
With Hokkaido Tokachi beef & pork, house made "tsumire" (meatballs & tiger prawns), and seasonal vegetables

Seafood Shabu Shabu    - 12,500JPY pp Kids (10yrs and under) 3,500 JPY pp
With a variety of fish & seafood from Hokkaido such as ith a variety of fish and seafood from Hokkaido, such as yellowtail, cod or monkfish, oysters, wild scallops, shrimps, and seasonal vegetables

Shabu Shabu Evening

After a long day enjoying the outdoor everyone gets hungry, so crunchy nibbles of locally made Tempeh will have you wait till dinner is ready. 

Your main dish "Shabu Shabu" will be served with nicely marbled Hokkaido beef from Tokachi and Hokkaido pork, or a variety of seafood and fish, juicy homemade tsumire (meatballs with chicken and tiger prawns), a selection of seasonal vegetables from the local markets (Chinese cabbage, leeks, shiitake, sprout, spinach, carrots, lotus roots), and two different sauces (traditional ponzu sauce and house made sesame sauce). 

Shabu Shabu is followed by  “zosui”, a rice porridge full of "umami" using the dashi broth where the meat, seafood and vegetables have been cooked all evening.

For dessert, a warm chocolate fondue with fruits or a refreshing sorbet adds a final sweet touch to your evening. And a selection of tea or herbal tea to soothe you down.

Whenever possible our vegetables come from local and/or organic farms in order to support the local economy and organic farmers.
