On cold winter nights, Japanese people gather around the table to share nabe (hot pot), and enjoy seasonal ingredients that warm the body and soul.
Bilingual host and service staff will be at your accommodation from beginning to end and offer a demonstration in English, describing the cultural aspects of nabe dining and how to enjoy it.

Meat Shabu Shabu    - 12,500JPY pp
With Hokkaido Tokachi beef, pork, house made "tsumire" meatballs and seasonal vegetables

Seafood Shabu Shabu    - 12,500JPY pp
With a variety of seafood from Yoichi and Otaru, such as crab, wild scallops, oysters, and seasonal vegetables

Premium Mix Shabu Shabu    - 15,000JPY pp
In which you can enjoy both meat and seafood

During Holiday season ( 16th Dec 2017 - 3rd Jan 2018, 15th Feb - 25th Feb 2018 ),
we serve only Premium Mix Shabu Shabu for ¥15,000 per adult and ¥5,000 for kids ( 10yr-old and under ).

Minimum order starts from 6 adults. 10% service charge and 8% tax will be added to the total.

Yoichi's locally sourced "Heragani " are only available in this part of Hokkaido. Great matching with sake or chardonnay, and of course with whisky.

An Evening with Niseko In-House Dining ...

Your dinner begins with aperitif nimble, and Hokkaido Sashimi or Specialty Smoked "Kunsei" if ordered. 
The main dish "Shabu Shabu" is served with nicely marbled Hokkaido beef from Tokachi and Hokkaido pork, or a variety of seafood according to your choice, succulent original recipe of "tsumire" meat balls with hand-chopped chicken and prawn, a selection of seasonal vegetables from the local markets, and two different sauces (traditional ponzu sauce and house made sesame sauce). 
Shabu Shabu is followed by its best part: “zosui”, a rice porridge full of "umami" from the dashi broth where the meat, seafood and vegetables have been cooked all evening.
For dessert, a warm chocolate fondue with fruits or a refreshing sorbet adds a final sweet touch to the dinner. 
Selection of tea or herbal tea to soothe you down. 


Whenever possible our vegetables come from local and/or organic farms in order to support the local economy and organic farmers.
